The terms of ordering and delivery

Ordering
You can shop at the store.tregren.com webstore if you are at least an 18-year old consumer living in Finland or in another European country. Ordering does not require registration.

Prices
The product price is the price in euros which is shown with the product information. The price includes VAT 24%. We reserve the right for price changes.

Payment methods
The products and their shipping fees are paid when ordered. You can pay with the following payment methods in the Internet bank: Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron cards. Ordering and paying take place safely in a SSL-protected connection.

Delivery methods and shipping fees

Time of delivery
We deliver the products to you via Itella Plc securely and quickly. You will recieve the package in approx. 7-10 days after we have received your order. If the delivery of the product is delayed for some reason, we aim to inform you about it as soon as possible. In July our time of delivery is 14 days.

Delivery to other EU countries 20 €
The delivery is shipped home to you.

The right of return and change of products
All our products have a 14-day right of change and return according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The product shall be unused and in the original sales package. 3Gren Ltd is a contract customer of Itella and thus you can return the product to us easily. The return made as a customer return is free of charge. You will receive a receipt as a proof of the return.

We will return the price as stated in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The returns paid in the Internet bank are returned only to the bank account of the payer. Purchases on credit cards are refunded either to the credit card or the back account. When you change products, we will refund the value of the total sum of your order. We will return the extra money, if the amount of the return is greater than the amount of the new product(s) you have ordered. We will compensate the refunds at latest in 30 days after the return. In order to return the payment, we will need your name and address as well as your account number, therefore we are asking you to contact us by e-mail at info@tregren.com or by phone to + 358 50 568 9770.

Wrong or faulty product
If you received a wrong product or the product is faulty or damaged, contact our customer service immediately either by e-mail info@tregren.com or by phone to + 358 50 568 9770.

Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel your order and the delivery has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order by contacting our customer service. If the delivery has already been shipped, you should act as described in the return instructions.
